Architectural Review - Modification Requests
The Architectural Review Committee (currently the Board of Directors) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our community as it pertains to structures located within the boundaries of Grand Park Estates, the most important of these being our homes. This committee will be responsible for reviewing and or approving any additions or modifications to existing structures, fences etc. The home owners will be responsible for presenting any requests for modification to their property prior to the commencement of any work.
If you plan on making any modifications to your property you must submit a Modification Request Form prior to the commencement of any work. Until this committee is formed you can contact Elaine Hyden at Principal Management Group with any questions.
The Landscape Committee is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our community as it pertains to the landscape areas located within the boundaries of Grand Park Estates. This consists of two categories: The common areas, and the homeowner lots. The landscape committee will provide suggestions to the Board of Directors regarding actions that need to be taken to keep our landscape in top shape. This includes changes or modifications to current treatments provided by the contracted landscape company and any violations found within the home owner lots.
The Landscape Committee would like to provide some Guidelines as well as some helpful tips that will allow us to keep our property looking its best. These are merely suggestions, but following these guidelines will allow you to keep your home looking great and avoid any possible violations.
